Bring your food scraps to Elysian Valley Community Garden, where they’ll be locally processed into rich compost for food-growing and greening projects throughout the city.

How It Works:

• Collect your food scraps and other accepted materials at home. To view accepted materials, click here.

• Find our booth in front of the garden—our team will be there to help!

• Weigh and record your materials, then leave them with us for composting. For a quick, smooth drop-off, pre-sign up for our tracking system HERE, it takes 1-2 mins to sign up.
