Join us for a fun and fulfilling morning at CultivaLA, an urban farm in South El Monte! Our workshop will focus on sifting compost to prepare it for use in the community garden and free up some space for new piles. But don't worry, no heavy lifting is required! Be sure to bring your own container if you’d like to take some home.

We'll start with a guided garden tour to showcase the amazing work being done here, followed by a relaxing painting activity where we'll spruce up some signage for our compost piles and space. We will also be providing some delicious fruit, snacks, and refreshing beverages for you while you mingle with fellow volunteers. Plus, take home a beautiful succulent plant as a token of our appreciation!
