Monrovia High School

The hub is located within the community garden. Over 50 community members are involved in the composting process.

Description
The hub is located in the USC campus supporting a dining hall, a juice bar, students, and staffs. The location contains an aquaponics system. The food grown at the hub is also used in the dining hall.

Description
The hub supports an onsite cafe at the museum and edible gardens. The seedlings grown at this hub are handed out during our composting workshops.

This hub is located in a housing project in Culver City. The hub is supported by the community members and is used as a space for workshops.

Women’s Center for Creative Work

The hub serves as a community drop off point for organic scraps for composting. Workshops take place here throughout the year. The hub is sustained and operated by the community members.

Westridge School

Description
The hub is located within the Westridge school campus. The organic scraps are gathered and processed by the students. The finished compost is used in educational activities in a small edible garden within the school.

The Juice

Description
The hub uses the onsite production of pulp as feedstock for our worm compost bins. The finished compost is transferred to the Elysian Valley Community Garden where it is used to grow seedlings.
